yeah i'm not keen on saddle either but it was real cheap to me (£13) so had to have it, my sdg bell air was dead... but ideally i'd have another bellair but they've gone up in price big time!!!

yeah man raw finish rocks!! never ever gets scratched!! and if ya do manage to, then all i need do is get a brillo pad out and give it a scrub then its gone!!! haha easy!

I like it alot but I'm not so keen on the colour. I'm sure it probably looks better in the flesh.
I'm also confused as to where this type of bike fits in UK riding??? I can't see it being ridden up hills so why not just go for a full DH bike???
I don't mean to slag it off, it's clearly a very good bike with an untouchable spec but I guess it's just not for me.

hey stug, its cool i aint offended! do you read dirt mag per chance???
it dits in riding wise for me cos i live in nottm and a full dh bike is overkill for nearly everything round here, but there are some areas for play riding(drops jumps etc) and this bike loves that stuff..... v strong and pops on the jumps like almost like a dj bike cos its compact)
but i do go to bike parks every now and then and its awesome for them, (not soo good uphill but i'm not interested in that, i got a badass road bike for uphill abuse)
it rides up most hill sweet, i've got a smaller renthal chainring for it now so i can ride all that my couble chainringed mate can or does... jus need stronger legs!
so to sum her up, it blasts the gnarly stuff with a breeze, acts like a small dh bike and jumps more like a dj bike, and gets me up enuf hill to not be too much bother (eg DH bike)
it fits my needs perfectly, same league as bottle rocket... sx trails, remedys etc, jus i run a single ring!
and not sounding narky but does your world only have space for DH monsters and xc whippets?

dude, the saints rule! had old un's but i'm a bit of a bike pimp so had to get new ones, but been running saints for years now and they are bomber! so solid and strong, i've NEVER doubted them EVER! loads more easy to install than say RF diablous (trust me i'm a bike mechanic!!)jus so simple and pimp!
