Bob Marley once sang, "The sun is shining, the weather is sweet, yeah." Indeed: The days are getting longer, the temperatures are rising and the birds are chirping louder. This means one thing: spring is here! This news will make trail shredders and downhill riders feel a tingling under the skin because the beginning of spring also means that the bike park season is here. Good news for mountain biker riders who want to pursue their favourite hobby without restrains or borders: Europe’s largest bike park flat rate, the Gravity Card, has added two new bike parks to its network; Lienz and Dolomiti Paganella. For the non-Alpine bike parks, like Winterberg or Willingen, the season already starts in mid-April while the remaining Gravity Card bike parks follow as the weather gets warmer.

Featuring 24 bike parks in six countries, Gravity Card offers riders an incredible choice of around 250 trails. Ranging from family-friendly trails in Serfaus Fiss Ladis that are perfect for beginners, to some of the world’s fastest World Cup courses with Bike Kingdom Lenzerheide and Epic Bikepark Leogang on the list of bike parks, riders will be able to ride to their heart’s content. So no matter whether mountain bikers are looking for a relaxed ride with beautiful scenery or whether they would like to test if they are the next Loic Bruni or Valentina Höll, Gravity Card offers it all.

For 2022, the association expands once again, adding Bikepark Lienz and Dolomiti Paganella Bike joining the Gravity Card. Bikepark Lienz is a real insider tip. The Peter-Sagan-Trail, the Alban-Lakata-Trail, "Welcome to the Jungle" and the Family-Flow-Trail, offers 11.6 kilometres of perfectly shaped trail fun with a lot of flow and airtime for mountain bikers of all riding skills. Paganella doesn’t require an introduction - the three bike areas at Lake Molveno, all connected by fantastic single trails, offer magnificent landscapes and over 400 kilometres of bike action in the heart of the Dolomites.

"After two great summers with a record number of visitors, we can proudly say that the concept of a European bike park union has more than proven itself. What we have built with the Gravity Card is a fantastic product explicitly for mountain bike riders and the gravity sport as a whole. Right now, riders get access to 23 of the best bike parks in Europe at an unbeatable price, all with just one card.  As our two great additions for 2022 show, we're not resting, but are constantly working to expand our offering even further." - Kornel Grundner, spokesman for Gravity Card.

Right now, the preparations for the Gravity Card bike parks are in full swing. The bike parks Winterberg, Paganella (Molveno Zone), Willingen and Wurbauerkogel, for example, are among the first Gravity Card bike destinations that will already open their doors this month to welcome their first riders - even though some of the parks start the season operating on weekends only. Shortly thereafter, the 3-Länder Enduro Trails and the Bikepark Brandnertal will also kick off their new season on 6 May, closely followed by Epic Bikepark Leogang and the Kitzki Biketrails, which open a day later, on 7 May.

The Gravity Card is available at www.gravity-card.com and at the ticket offices of all bike parks participating. It is valid from 9 April 2022 to 7 November 2022. The prices for 2022 are structured as follows:
