The Billy Neill Skills Park in Dundonald, County Down is located in Billy Neill MBE Country Park, and is intended for young riders to develop their skills, or even for more experienced riders to have somewhere within the city to have a few quick, fun laps around.

The skills park is mostly flat, includes boardwalk sections, one or two twisty elements, a few small jumps and berms.
