I think that headset looks pretty well made and as long as you dont go diving off cliffs, the forks are fine. (Tho they might slow you down a little for xc use)
I like what you done with it.
Looks sweet, my hardtail has around 7" of travel but its rated for 8" up front, but as said below think it'd be unlikley u'd snap the frame with that 1.5" headtube, more likley where ur steerer tube meets the crown on the mazz's. With a 1.5" fork i'd say it would be bombproof, but not familiar with the frame.
tis ok for hucking but not much else, as for snapping the frame - that'll depend on how hard you ride, althugh it makes it more likly as theres more leverage. Looks like it has a 1.5 headtube so i'd say uour forks are more likely to snap as there 1 1/8th.
This is my 05 devinci kicker where i have upgraded everything except for the seat, rear wheel and headset its held up good for me except for the part that some people think my frame will snap with a 7 inch fork on it. what do you think???

maybe 150mm would be better cz 66's r huge i ride on a set on an orange patriot, wicked for full sus but i dunno bout hartail.
