its stupid but because a bike shop - wont name it but its internationally famous and me n mates had endless problems - put it on and it was too short, they didn't agree so I turned the bars and it ripped out, I think they took the piss the second time

not got an exact figure but its not heavy compared to most other dh bikes, perfectly balanced too

Very nice build. Had both types of wheels... But those Revolutions weigh a ton. And the bearings are much worse than the DT, or at least seemed that way. My TBR bearings went in 9 months. DT's have never quit yet. Don't know how the IronHorse rates to the Orange, Santa Cruz, or Specialized for DH...

ah thats the beauty of the wheels - front is complete dt swiss - front rim doesn't take much damage, the rear is a dt swiss hub with the good bearings and just a revolution rim which is hard as nails. Compared to the others it depends what you like but its lower than them all and smoother than the orange and i think the lightest frame

thanks. yea they're the 06 ones which means built in italy, but I fitted them brand new last summer. basically they're bomb proof
