Quite nice. I got a nitrous 10 from the same year on here. The totems are too heavy for the bike, the frame is so heavy you need to get some light stuff on it to be able to leave the ground!

daxion2301 replied... on 7 August 2007

Totems aren't heavy, for the size they're light. Compared to my mates DH bikes it's light. I have trouble keeping it on the ground. Bought it in '05 new, then stripped it in '06 and hung the frame up. Rebuilt it just recently with better components. The Totems work a treat. Just added a Maz Rocco RC (Manitou metal was crap). suits me fine on the DH runs at Wharncliffe Woods. I'll have to weigh it and find out what the actual weight is. Interested to see how it compares to your 10.

allright but i prefer my one(06 version) it has more travel

daxion2301 replied... on 17 September 2007

Soz for missing your reply, It was a e13 DRS, sold it to a mate for £40, using the LG1 now. Running with a ROCCO RC absolutely the dogs, fit it, set it up - takes all of 5mins - and thats it. Find some DH runs and have fun.

bikerboywill replied... on 6 August 2007

yeah i know they r hudge 40mm stantions :O massive :D what are you doing with your old chain device? or didnt it have one

daxion2301 replied... on 30 June 2007

I upgraded it a few weeks ago. Yep, those Totems are just the best, so configurable and bomb proof. Codes are sic, good when new, out of theis world when bedded in.
Just switched over to the LG1 (should stop the chain falling off). Next upgrade is a Rocco RC with TI spring (manitou Metal is a bit crap)
Around 650 for the forks and 300 on the brakes... worth every penny.
Totems look a lot bigger in real life than in the pic.

bikerboywill replied... on 30 June 2007

:O those the forks i want and the brakes i want :'( my bike will look like that soon (ok mabe not soon but eventually)

Ridden the Nitrous they're fun little bikes :)

daxion2301 replied... on 8 April 2007

Little bike! This is a large frame and built to last. Looks smaller against the Octane but that's pure DH.
Going to rebuild as a proper FR/DH bike over the next 4weeks or so.
