Finally got some upgrades!!
2009 Fox DHX5.0 rear shock and raceface atlas FR cranks with Diabolus BB. Switched out the dropouts to take a 12mm thru-axle and the new mavic crossline.

They were going cheap on chain reaction a while ago so picked them up for about 15 each. Got the 12mm kona axle from leisure lakes but you can probably use any 12mm thru-axle. Paligap will tell you all you need to know, they're very helpful. Cheers for the rating- have loads more upgrades so i'll stick some new pics up asap!

Nah not really mate. I can still blast it round some trails with the single crowns. Its heavy but quite versatile.
