The Pioneer 2021

A Multi-Day Mountain Bike Stage race held throughout New Zealand, as a part of the Epic Series alongside the ABSA Cape Epic and the Swiss Epic.

The Pioneer came out of a simple idea. Ride Beyond. The idea of creating a uniquely New Zealand event that takes you through parts of the country that few will ever get to enjoy. To ride to the most remote parts of New Zealand. To push yourself beyond your comfort zone. To get you far away from familiar trails and in to the unknown.

And you do it all for six days straight.
