Drumtochty Local Enduro

Drumtochty Estate is a stunning and opulent 19th century Scottish castle, nestled in 350 acres of wild woodland glen, encapsulating a fairytale church and breathtaking landscapes. The Drumtochty Local Enduro will be taking place in South Drumtochty Forest where some of the finest, loamyest trails that can be found in the North-East. Its unique trails are like nowhere else making it a favourite spot to ride amongst many riders.

Race Categories?
This year we have 4 categories: Women; Junior Men 13-17; Men 18-39 category and Senior Men 40+.

Age and Number Limit?
Anyone aged 13 or over on the date of the event will be able to take part in it. We are also limited to 175 riders on the day.

Will the event be run out of Auchenblae?
No. The event village will be based close to Drumtochty Castle in the same field the Drumtochty Highland Games is held. This has plenty of parking for cars and vans, coordinates (56.909537, -2.486864). It will be well signed on the day.

Is it race novice friendly?
The race is suitable for riders new to enduro racing. Our events have great friendly, atmosphere and attract all levels of rider.

Will there be prizes?
Prizes will be provided by local and national biking related companies. We gave out more than £500 worth of prizes across the categories at our last event at Pitfichie.

Are there sponsors?
Lots of local bike shops have already confirmed that they will be attending the event, who will be able to help with any bike related troubles!

Will there be food & drink?
There will be local caterers attending the event so bring change!
