South Wales has always been a mountain biking haven, but recent large investments have made it more unmissable than ever. The proximity of large cities such as Cardiff and Swansea means it is perfect for a long weekend sampling the very best it has to offer. If only the weather were as good as the trails!

Cwmcarn Mountain Bike centre consists of four main trails, the Twrch Red XC, the Cafall Red XC, the Y Mynydd DH track, Pedalhounds DH track and a pumptrack.
