Summary:
Great single track climb, rocky technical descending
Review:
Great climb up on techy single track, not that steep, but fairly sustained to get the legs warmed up. Some nice flowy sections, rock drops that caught me out a bit. Too many end of section motor bike barriers for me, but probably necessary.

Big climb, Big descents, Top Trail !
Review:
Dont be put off at the start by the big singletrack climb, you'll be relieved to get to the top then full of adrenaline by the time you get to the bottom of the 1st descent. Many good technical descent sections on this trail with boulder drops, tabletop jumps, switchback berms over a mix of hardpack earth, loose stone and rock sections.....This has got to be my favourite trail between the Afan & Glyncorrwg trail centres.

We travelled 8 hours in the car to do this trail and it was completely worth it. Coming from 7 stane territory I cant help making the comparison when i try a new trail, this trail has the same grin factor as Innerleithen and what makes it extra special is that you dont feel like you have the killer climb to get the fruit. True enough you can easily miss either of the half way trail centre stop offs but even if you do venture to them its not the end of the world and certainly doesn't spoil anything.
I dont think I can fault this trail we loved every minute of it. i suppose if i had anything negative to say it would be that i live so far away from it....damn goegraphy!!!
