Summary:
Awesome pump track, questionable neighborhood

Review:
The track is excellent, fully tarmacked, smooth, a good size with many potential lines. There's no car park and some of the adjacent streets are notorious for crime (e.g. Kenyon Way) so park carefully if driving. Even in the middle of a school day there were a fair number of kids and track etiquette was poor / absent. Need to take care and be vigilant when riding. Otherwise it is an awesome track and definitely should take the opportunity to ride if in the area.
