Description

Glencoe Mountain Resort has a variety of mountain bike trails to offer at Glencoe and the surrounding areas. Using the chair lift you are able to access the red and black downhill tracks for some rocky challenging descents. But if DH laps aren’t your thing, then why not check out our cross country loops for a mix of fire road climbs and natural mountain biking on marked trails with some stunning views..

Nae Danger - Blue XC

Starts with a land rover track climb up to the winter cafe and then drops down onto single track across the plateau and finishing off at the bottom of the Craig Dhubh path. Expect small climbs and short bursts of descents making this a great beginner trail. Nae Danger! 1.5km long and gains 40m.

Epic Glades - Red XC

Again, this starts with the climb to the winter cafe and the continues up to gain an additional 140m. This 4km track has it all, epic views, fast single track descents and rocky technical sections. Something to test you.

Loop de Dhubh - Black XC

The black is a 1km split off from Epic Glades taking you to the summit of Creag Dhubh at 746m. It includes an open mountain climb with lots of line choices before descending down the steep, loose and rocky walkers path for technical ride down… not for the faint hearted.

DH - Black Route

Glencoe’s infamous Black DH will give you a steep technical descent winding it’s way down the the front face of the mountain. Expert drops, rocks and plenty of gnar.

DH - Red Route

The Red DH is going to get your blood pumping with fast rocky sections, slabs and jumps. All features are rollable or have ride-arounds.

Plateau Trails

Our chairlift accesses trails on the plateau which offer great cross country riding and amazing views from above the valley, the trails are singletrack but not particularly technical so suitable for anyone with a little mountain bike experience.

Our Plateau and DH trails are accessible by the chairlift so once you have your lift pass head up to the left of the chair and our lift operators will help you get your bike on.
