Description

Queen Elizabeth Country Park (QECP) just of the A3 in Hampshire consists of two fully way-marked off-road mountain bike trails, including plenty of natural trails to explore in the area.

Blue Trail

The Blue mountain bike trail suitable for novice riders is currently 6km (3.7 miles) long. The trail is made up mainly off forest gravel roads, with 500 metres of single-track and one pretty long steep climb.

The Red mountain bike trail is 7.4km (4.6 miles) long with approx 1000ft ascent/descent. The trail is mostly made up of fast flowing singletrack with some sections being steep / loose, and also feature jumps (all roller-able).

Off road cycle street trails

Two further cycle trails start in the Park and lead out into the surrounding countryside. These use the rights of way network and some public roads. Queen Elizabeth 16km (10 miles), Meon Valley 16km (10 miles).

For more information on these routes and others in Hampshire, a pack of 'Off Road Cycle Trails' is available from the Visitor Centre.
