Paradise Woods Mountain Bike Trails

Paradise Woods Mountain Bike trails were officially opened in April 2012 by Eastbourne Mayor Cllr Carolyn Heaps, are home to 4 short trails and a selection of dirt jumps. The 4 trails vary in difficulty to suit all rider abilities.

Tracks are short sprint runs which range from relatively flat for beginners and just a bit of fun with some small jumps, to steeper more advanced stuff, which has been used as the practice ground for the 2009 Jr English National DH Champion. How many places can say that ? The area also currently includes a large and small set of table tops and two sets of large doubles including step ups and a large hip jump (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

Please take your litter home, don't damage trees, and have some respect for passers by, as we don't want lots complaints again, which have previously resulted in the place being torn down.

Paradise Drive, Eastbourne, east Sussex, BN207SX - follow the fire road off the road into the woodland for about 70 yards, look for the map on your right with information about the trail area.
