Friston Forest mountain bike trails consist of a superb mixture of terrain and something for just about everyone. There are 2 grades of Cross Country trails in the forest that use the steep chalky hillsides the South Coast is renown for!

Grade - Green (7.1km)

The majority of this trail runs along forest roads. There are some unsurfaced paths, but it is relatively flat. Suitable for families. Start from Seven Sisters Countryside Park.

Jeremy Cole mountain bike trail - Grade - Red (11km)

A fast undulating single track through the Forest, start from either Butchershole car park or Seven Sisters Countryside Park.
