dont actually like them forks but the idea is sound. try sum fox 36s, might not be as stiff but they r lighter!

looks pretty mental! the headtube angle actually looks okay tbh.
id go for an exalt though if you break this and want another hardtail.

Im surprised your headtube hasnt snapped whilst u have been riding. That frame is designed for single crown. Trailstar is revised for 120-130mm travel forks MAX. Buy a DMR exalt after your frame snaps and have hospitalised yourself. Get better soon in advance. Looks okay tho.

DOES IT MATTER IF HE HAS TRIPLE CLAMP FORKS ? NO! IT JUST MATTERS WHAT WORKS WELL FOR HIM AND IF HE THINKS THAT TRIPLE CLAMP FORKS SUIT WHAT HE DOES ON HIS BIKE THEN THATS WHAT HE SHOULD PUT ON HIS BIKE. SO ANYONE THAT BUYS THINGS FOR THEIR BIKE ON THE BASIS THAT THEY THINK LOOKS GD THEN THEY'RE JST POSERS!!!! RATE MINE PLZ

dont think theres anything wrong with triples on a hardtail. would be better if the forks werent manitou stance!! rate my exalt (it has shivers :P)

should get single crowns with 150 coz it would suit it a bit better. my dh hardtail has 130mm and it fine

i dun kno why evr1 is talkin shit bout ur bike as long as you enjoi ridin it thts all that matters. personally id love to ride a hardtail with them forks downhill, you can feel the trail withoiut you wrists burning:D

no the forks aren't for dj! but some of you may be saying that it looks silly with a dh fork on a dj frame but i would challenge any of you no matter wot bike you have to an all round competetion! includin street ridin dirt jumping trails and downhill! becos no matter wot u say it doesn't bother me! i like riding my hardcore hardtail downhill! i use it for many things mainly downhill, street, dirt jumps and park!!
