My Son's Diamondback Outlook, upgraded from spring only XCT forks to Hydraulically damped XCM forks, fitted new Shimano BR-M445 Hydraulic brakes, changed 7sp tourney groupset to full Alivio 8sp including changing freewheel rear wheel to a standard freehub & cassette wheel & fitted a pair of continental Rubber Queens, which incidentally must have the tallest carcass of any tyre even more so than my Mountain Kings
