Picked up my banshee X yesterday, and at first i was put of by the brand, as it comes from halford's and its fair to say that the majority of bikes there are Shocking. But the spec on this i thought was pretty good considering the price. X7 gears, rock shox ario, bomber 33r 140mm forks, Juicy threes brakes, trulativ firex cranks

Nice ride and good spec to fella ,i have a Boardman pro with a few of my own mods . I had good service off Halfords but originally after a few bad reports i was worried?

It's a shame the Carrera brand gets such a bad rep because of halfrauds, they are, on most occasions though, very incompetent at putting bikes together. Done right the Cerraras are awesome and excellent value for money! Very nice rig!

Yea, its good. The rear shock was very loose when got it, bottomed it out yesterday on a small drop. But have just put more air in. Cheers for the advice man.

got a banshee for my son, brilliant bike for the money and i hear they are actually a Kona frame. make sure you give it a good check over though, the crank arm fell off my sons one, halfords left a few things loose on it but once i had give it a good go over its been good as gold
