Cracking bike, feels indistructable on the trail. 160mm travel all round lets you realy fly down and the lock out and pro pedal help on climbs although not essential. Climbs better than my old Merlin hardtail used to!
Formula RX brakes (200mm F & 180mm R) give you the confidence to get some serious speed up.
Usual mix of SLX and XT bits make up a really good package from Cube.

Love this bike (might be because I have one too). Can't give it a 10 though because the chain can too easily slip between the inner chain ring and frame (broken 3 chain rings so far). Other than that it is a sexy, awesome bike.

Hmm, can't say iv had that problem personally! Are you shifting whilst chain is at high tension during climbs? My biggest problem with the bike has been the skating issue due mainly to the fat albert tyres, taught me how to handle the bike bettter though when it does let go so helped my riding in a way, since changed to blue cnc nano pedals, blue fritzz grips and blue hope seat collar, nicely blinged with blue anodised bits, looks even better! Tyres next ;-)

Sweet ride, i was either going to get this model or my spicy, i chose the spicy in the end tho. Great bike and awsome spec for the money, cube are doing well on spec this year. Rate my spicy, cheeers.

Indeed, thats the model of Lappiere I was looking at myself!!! very similar bikes in terms of kit, just a question of looks n cash I suppose! Lovely stuff

Yeah man, SL nice model this year, Will b an unstoppable bike that, Black and orange is it? Carbon rims n other trinkets I belive? bout 2-3kg lighter than this little fella a think. Go for it buddy, you wont be dissapointed...

Ye, the looks initially drew me too it over a Lappiere, was considering one but much more expensive with similar spec. Leisurelakesbikes, preston/southport shop...good lads.
