Nice bike =)
I would get forks, pedals, rear disc break (take the front off) and get the reflectors off! Then it should be pretty sweet!

Try to get some sus forks DJ1, DJ2, DJ3 would be good then pedals (Dmr v8/v12) and then just try to get a rear disc brake (Avid BB5/BB7) and it'll be sweet!

Hope you have something to lock it to better than that, looks like a plastic drainpipe?
The bike is sweet, i wouldnt upgrade anything until it needed it personnaly, well maybe just brakes :)

Lol yeah I have it locked to metal hoops sunk in concrete - this was taken while we had them installed.

Nice bike! love the frame on these and commencals are just ace anyways. If you had a bit of money to do it up I reccomend some new forks suspension unless you dont want it, hydraulic brakes, and new wheels would look ace! But it all comes at a price :/ Great looking bike though rate mine please and happy biking :)

nice bike to start with you should get some suspension =] or if you like rigid just but some nicer looking one because the ones on are kinda ugly :P then get new wheels and new pedles and it will be a very nice bike.
