My bog standard Kona Blast, used for XC. Only upgrades have been pedals (Gusset
flatties), Odi Lock-on Ruffian grips and Specialized Pro 2.2 tyres.
May or may not continue to upgrade (i.e.: the forks are rubbish..), but as with my
bikes, will replaces parts when they break.

Nice bike, I have the 2009 Caldera, which I belive is the same frame with difrent forks and other components.

I admire your mindset, I don't see the point in upgrading unless something is broken!
I only upgraded the bars and all the components on that as I smashed into a tree and thought "I deserve it!" :-)
