and, its also got Mavic wheelset, which most specialise's come with, so that could be more posotive evidence?.....

it looks exactly the same as the 2003/2004 rockhopper, could be an S-works, and its defo a spesh frame as you can tell by the back of the frame where it has the bendy tubes as thats what they had back then, and if it was a cheapy frame they wouldnt have gone to that much detail??
have a look at the frame close up and see if it has any markins or codes?
looks nice thow, i have the 2006 rockhopper :)

does it say what its made of on the frame like M5 or M6 alloy? if not i would say it just a cheapy frame with spesh decals, even if it does istill reckon it not a spesh as ive never seen one like it. its got an integated headset aswell, specialized mtbs dont have those (again i think) and the sticker on the head tube is on the wrong way.

where did you get it? ebay? i see at least 1 s-works in my line of work every week. theres only s-works stumpjumpers, epics and enduros (in the mtb range, i think) and that isnt any of them.
