Bog Standard at the mo with small addition of Kona Log Grips. Plans to turn it single cog at the front with an e.13 chain guide as I am fed up of the chain coming off whilst riding.

You could change the rear cassette to a more compact one and take a chunk out of your chain if you wanted to keep your gears.

i have the same bike. my frame snapped. i got 88vf2 forks and hope moto m6 brakes for mine and silver dmr v12's coz the stock kona pedals were crap. other than that same spec. white odi grips look awesome on it as well. the rims are tough as hell too but are on crap hubs. and it weighs a ton. still a 10 though coz i got the same bike. and i love it. even though it broke.

Just put an e-thirteen drs on. Works for me and cheaper than converting plus got the granny cog.
