Britain's most talented young downhill rider has recently signed a multi year management deal with 23 Degrees Sports Management, a company based in Spain. Brendan, who turns 19 in January and will be taking to the 2007 World Cup circuit in his first year as an elite rider, is no stranger to World Cup podiums.

Some areas of Afan Forest Park - including The Wall mountain bike trail - will be closed to the public until early next summer while contractors carry out work to open up parts of the forest for the benefit of wildlife and plants and improve the forest's environmental value.

The new venue of Avill Hill was host to the first round of the Cloud Cover Winter Series, and Team Fearingout supported by moredirt made a good appearance, with all members of the DH team in attendance and producing good performances.

2006 was another year to remember for the Race Face Freeride Team and our International Sponsored Teams. Paul Basagoitia and Darren "The Claw" Berrecloth continued their domination of the Slopestyle circuit. Kurt Sorge and Wayne Goss strengthened their resumes and showed us they are ready to take on the challenge of playing with the big boys. Our international race teams, Commencal and Kona; both had stellar seasons and finished with a Crowned World Cup Champion.
