American race courses were dominated by e.thirteen riders at Angel Fire and the US Open. Riders dealt with a plethora of weather and course conditions, but their e.thirteen chain retention systems held up through everything to deliver podium results.

The first year of the Wheels of Speed World Downhill Challenge wrapped up successfully, alongside the tenth year of the SYMPATEX-BIKE Festival. Crowds of people were wandering through the tents in the expo area and cheering on their favorite riders during Sunday’s downhill race.

Today the world's best downhillers congregated at the top of the famous Willingen track, ready to race towards a prize purse of 30,000 euros. Amateurs also pinned it down the mountain, hoping for a chance to compete with the big names of downhill in tomorrow’s final.

The SYMPATEX BIKE-Festival in Willingen opens for the tenth consecutive time this Friday. It should be an incredible weekend. Besides 200 exhibitors who are travelling to Willingen on the first weekend in June, the German 4X Championship and the Wheels of Speed Downhill Challenge are both happening.
