Galloway Hillbillies - The Se7en

This year, we are introducing a 7 hour Endurance Event to our events calendar, following ten successful years of the 10 at Kirroughtree.  The route will be around 7 miles in distance, taking in red/blue trails, forest roads and the odd natural section.

The aim is to complete as many laps in the 7 hours as you can, with an extra 20 minutes to complete your last lap.  This must be started by 16.40 and must be finished by 17.20 to count. The highlight being Kirroughtree's fantastic singletrack (and some natural of course) winding its way around the Galloway Forest Park.

Camping is available for the weekend (Fri & Sat night) - please book when making your entry.  Gates open on Friday afternoon at 14:30.

WHATS INCLUDED

• Free Technical T-Shirt
• Sportident Electronic ride through timing system (no dibbing required)
• Seven hours of superb Singletrack trails (some of which were used for the National Cross Country Championships 2022, 2024 & 2025)
• Two mobile 1st aid units on course & a 1st aid tent in the Events field
• Our local Raynet Radio Cars will be based within the events field and dotted around the course to maintain communications and safety throughout the event 
• Superb event track side Camping pitches & Motorhome parking, handy for team change over, bike repairs and re-fuelling

ON SITE FACILITIES

• Toilets and showers at the Visitor Centre, open all weekend.  Shower tokens are available in the Breakpad Bike Shop
• The Breakpad Bike shop for all your repairs and spares
• The Kirroughtree Visitor Centre Café
