Not Christmas jumpers but Christmas jumping! Mixed abilities session for those who want to get their jumping skills dialled for the New Year.
You'll learn how to get air with pop and not rely on speed to do the work. We’ll start small and build you up, you'll learn body positioning, pumping, footwork, manuals, hops and loads more all under the eye of our expert coach.
