Wicklow MTB Festival 2026

Three days in the Wicklow Mountains featuring Live Music, DJs, BBQ, Pizza, Beer… and something to do with bikes!!!

Whip Off

The festival kicks off on Friday afternoon with the spectacular ‘Whip Off’ event where Ireland’s most skilled rider will show off their tricks along a jump trail beside the festival village. Spectators are welcome and there’s a BBQ and awards presentation afterwards.

Enduro

On Saturday the racing goes up a level with the ‘Enduro’ race which sees riders taking on every descent in Ballinastoe Woods. With 7 stages in 7 hours, the route is over 30km and has 1800 meters climbing it’s going to be a serious challenge for even the most experienced riders.

Cross Country

Super Sunday will be action packed with both XC and DH Events taking place. Ireland’s fittest mountain bikers to tackle the Ballinastoe Trails in the Cross Country (XC) event.

Downhill

The Festival will come to a finale with Ireland’s bravest and most skilful riders racing against the clock on the famous ‘Junkers’ DH trail.
