Savé Valley Conservancy is excited and proud to launch the first ever “Wild” mountain bike event in Zimbabwe.
All proceeds raised will go towards the protection of the animals within the Savé Valley Conservancy like the Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Wild dog, Pangolin, and various plains game. The ride will take place from 11-14 MAY 2023. It will be a 4-day cycle challenge, each day riders will leave from a central base camp. This base camp will offer riders up-market tented accommodation, hot meals, cold beverages, and hot showers. Allow for travel time into and out of Zimbabwe and into and out of the Savé Valley Conservancy.
Bring your family along and they can experience some of the key wildlife activities that occur within the Conservancy. If you wish to extend your stay this can be booked separately. The ride will be managed by experienced cycle guides together with adequate protection provided on the ground by experienced game scouts and rangers.
A detailed entry form can be accessed on the link below which offers the rider an array of options to choose from and these include dietary requirements, medical conditions, a choice of accommodation, add-on activity options, masseuse service etc. A comprehensive medical team will be on-site for the duration of the ride with full evacuation services on standby, if so required.
