Llantrisant Woods Push Up Race

A one day short course downhill race set in the scenic Smilog Woods near Llantrisant. Only 10 mins from the M4 junction 34.

The course will be suitable for riders of all ages from 10 and upwards. 

Full face helmet is compulsory for this race.
