We are building a simple balance bike trail to be used by all kids on balance bikes and pedal-powered 16” or smaller bikes.
It will be smooth and fun to ride for all tackers.
We hope to have most of the materials already in place ready to shape and topcoat over the weekend.
We would like to invite any parents with little tackers to pop in sometime over the weekend to either lend a hand if you can or just to take a look at what we’re building for the young riders of the future.
We have set up a private FB group for all parents to join so if you wish to join send us a message and we’ll add send you the link.
If all goes well we should be in a position to do some testing on Sunday afternoon so bring your kids and their bikes.
There will be some rules to follow:
1) all riders must wear a helmet.
2) all riders must be accompanied by a parent at all times on the track as they are your responsibility.
3) we recommend knee, elbow pads and gloves, but these items are entirely up to you the parents.
4) we would like to restrict the use of the track to 16” wheeled bikes and no bigger as it will be built to suit them.
There will be more rules as we decide on them too.
