The Fast ‘N’ Flow will take place at the Isle of Wight Mountain Bike Centre with the first riders dropping at 1pm. Sign in is at 10am-12:30pm. Riders will have from 10am-12:30pm to practice with a short break for the event organisers to set up. Riders categories are as follows;
Kids - 1pm-2:30pm (£12)
Ladies - 2:30pm-4pm (£15)
Mens - 4pm-5:30pm (£15)
Prize Giving 5:30pm-6pm
All riders must be ready to do their race run if the event is running ahead of schedule. If the event is ahead of schedule then all riders must be ready to ride earlier than the times shown below. Riders will be informed of this 15 minutes before their category starts.
The downhill event will take place between ‘Blue Steel’, ‘Mini G’ & in a field with a taped off race track where the riders will race against the clock down a mixture of trail and tapped off field riding. The race will be timed with riders getting two runs each. The fastest time will be used as the riders final time. The timing system is a two watch stopwatch system where the slowest time for each rider will be allocated. The race will be graded as red but will be using sections of our blue trail.
