Gran Fonduro 2018

Gran Fonduro is a new event for gravel or adventure riders, touring the epic backcountry of the Tweed Valley. It’s a big day of fun riding with timed stages on forest roads, natural trails and foot paths, all connected by quiet, scenic Borders back roads. The stages have ups, downs, and everything else in-between, and we guarantee it will take you to places you have never been before…

There are two distances – approx. 60km or the full route at around 100km, with several timed stages contributing to the results board, and there’s a time limit to complete the entire course. The event HQ is based in the beautiful grounds of the historic Traquair House, just outside Innerleithen.
