South West XC Series RD1 - Grammercoombe Woods

Round 1 of the south west series will be held on Saturday 25th of April at Grammercoombe woods, Ashcoombe.

This is a brand new venue and permission has kindly been given for us to race in the private woods. It will be a mixture of fire roads and single track. The aim is to create a punchy fun course that will appeal to all abilities.

On the day entry available at extra cost.

FREE on course coaching available with British Cycling approved coaches.

Directions

From Exeter

Heading on the A380 towards Newton Abbot take the turning for Teignmouth. At the end of the slip road there is a roundabout. turn left here (1st junction). The venue is 1/2 a mile down this road on the left.

From Plymouth

Leave the A38 at the top of Haldon hill. Turn right at the T junction and go underneath the A38. Go over the mini roundabout and follow the road for about 1 1/2 miles until you reach a flyover bridge. Turn left here and then join the A380. After a couple of miles take the Junction for Teignmouth, At the end of the slip road there is a roundabout. Turn left here (1st junction) the venue is 1/2 a mile down this road on the left.
