Round 3 Welsh Gravity Enduro Series heads to Cwmcarn Trail Centre in South Wales with time stages being raced on the Cafall and Twrch trails.

Trails: Cafall and Y Mynydd

3 Stages:

S1: Heartbreak Ridge into Ridder (4m 30s approx)

S2: Dragon Run into Pedalhounds DH (5m 30s approx)

S3: Y Mynydd Red DH run (4m 15s approx)

Loop Distance 17km and 740 meters of climbing

FULL FACE HELMET RECOMMENDED.

Saturday 20th: Sign-on open 14:00-18:00

All stages marked and open for unofficial practice from 09:00-17:00.

There will be no marshals or medics on site on Saturday, please ride within your limits and take everything you need with you.

Sunday 21st: Sign on from 08:00-11:15am

Official practice 09:00-11:45

Stage 1 live at 12:45

Leave the arena as early as you wish! but your start time must be adhered too.

Prize ceremony 17:30. Please attend, it's nice to be applauded.

No racing license or insurance required to enter this series, but we strongly recommended taking out personal insurance that covers you for competitive mountain biking in the UK.

A full face helmet or helmet with a removable chin piece is recommended but not mandatory.
