Wolds Bike Park Survey Seeks Support for Lincolnshire MTB Project
1 October 2026 | By billy1979Plans for Wolds Bike Park in Lincolnshire have taken another step forward, with riders invited to support the project through a new feasibility survey.
The proposed bike park would be developed on the Hainton Estate at South Willingham, near Market Rasen. Planning permission has already been secured, and the project team is now working to demonstrate demand and secure the funding required to deliver the park.
Plans published by Wolds Bike Park include mountain bike trails graded from blue to black, cross-country and cyclo-cross riding, a beginner pump track, adaptive trails, a skills area and dirt jumps. A visitor centre with a café, bike shop, hire facilities and classroom space is also proposed.
The survey is being carried out by Colliers Destination Consulting on behalf of the Hainton Estate and East Lindsey District Council. Its results will help assess potential demand, where visitors would travel from and what facilities riders would like to see.
Although the project has planning permission, construction and an opening date have not yet been confirmed.
Riders can complete the Wolds Bike Park survey.
Further information about the proposed development is available from the Wolds Bike Park website.
