Woburn Bike Park is closed for a while

The Woburn Sands Bike Park trail crew have just announced that the trails will be completely closed for about an month due tree felling.

The message from the trail crew down at Woburn Bike Park from their Facebook page is simple:

Sorry to say guys and gals but Woburn Bike Park is completely closed due to tree felling. On a positive I had a great chat with some of the guys that are carrying out the work today and it looks like the only work to take place in the bike park is a small amount of thinning and this should only take about four weeks to complete!!! 

A point they made very clear was if they find people tearing down tape, going behind the boundaries or generally being a nuisance and not following the health and safety rules while they are felling they have the right to flatten the place so please everybody play the game and sit tight for a month.
