The boy to beat will be 6 year old Cohen from Cannock who recently raced the World Championships earlier this month in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Cohen set a blistering pace in the finals, showing a clean set of heels to the rest of the international field to be crowned World Champion!

Balance bikes empower young children to ride safely whilst enjoying the mobility and independence of two-wheel biking at an earlier age than any previous generation. These competitive races allow riders to showcase their riding skills and build confidence all whilst laying down the foundations of good sportsmanship, in a controlled and safe environment.

“If you want your children to put down those electronic devices and get off the sofa and enjoy some fresh air and the great outdoors then look no further. Seeing these young children blast around on the balance bikes with huge smiles on their faces is priceless”, says Balance Bike Cup organiser Si Paton.

Racing starts at 11:00 with over 100 riders already pre-booked in the event is almost a sell-out. Spectating is free as is parking for all competitor’s parents/guardians.

Online entries close at midnight on Friday 25th of October with limited entries available on the day.
