It gives me great pleasure to officially announce the Help for Heroes Hertford to Ben Nevis cycle tour in September 2012.
Starting: September the 6th to September the 14th.
The plan is for me and Darren parsell to set out from the Hertford Territorial army HQ in Hertford town to Fort William, Scotland (550 miles) by bike ..! (full route coming soon), then climb to the summit of Ben Nevis on my birthday September the 14th.
We decided to support the Help for Heroes and raise some money for a outstanding cause. To give a little back to the men a women that keep us safe every day, and the great thing is EVERY PENNY go's to the charity.
We will be raising money throughout the year via collections wherever and whenever we can, as well as the on-line sponsorship forms(url coming soon).
