Review:
There are loads of trails in Swinley. Many are natural single track but there are a an increasing number of manmade trails ranging from fast bermy to mad downhill sections with huge drop offs and jumps. Tha only issue is trying to find them all. Once you do you can link them up to get a good days riding.
The jump area is gully with a number of table tops.
There are good, free parking facilities and a Resteraunt. If you have kids they can visit the lookout (a interactive scioence type activity centre
( http://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/lookout/) which also has a free outdoor adventure park. There is also a Go Ape area (http://www.goape.co.uk/Site.asp?Site=1) and a bicycle hire place.
So not only can you ride all day but you can ditch the family for a fun day and not feel Guilty!
