This will be a great trail in the dryer months.

Review:
Have ridden this trail a few times, pretty much everytime in the wet, as it doesnt' seem to drain well.

However. Last week, I rode it when it had been dry for ages, WOW!!!!

Awesome, Go ride it. Fast flowing technical singletrack. Loved it. Going back soon before it rains again!!!!

Great place to ride

I went here at the start of April, to find snow on the ground! The start point is a bit confusing, as there is a warm up 'blue' lap. Once on the red trail, you are straight in to some great DH sections, that flow great, if you can..... There is a climb soon after, which is big; some single track, but mostly fire road. You then hit another down, that starts on an old DH track, then splits to the red trail. Next time I go, I'll carry on down the DH trail, but that will mean a big climb again. The trail then undulates for the rest of the trail. You pop out into a different parking area near the end and there are signs for another Blue loop, which I didn't do, but will next time.

The trail is ace. Much gnarlier than Cannock, Glyncorwwg and those sort of places. It somehow feels more natural too. I went to Pearce Cycles after and had a chat with a staff member, who showed me the future extensions to the course and they look good. Something to break up the long climb and other bits where there seems to be fire road now.

It's two hours from me and I will go back again and take people. Best trail I've ridden in a while.

Review:
this place has massive potential but it seems its been forgoten about! where to start without being negative. the XC has some realy good runs but this place needs to be marked out properly. the way markers are rubbish and unclear. seriously i recon if someone gave me a map of the proper route it could be excellent with a few signs.
