Review:
A couple of long climbs but there's one absolutely great descent down a steep hillside road which makes the ride more than worthwhile. This will also test how good your brakes are :-> Might be too easy a route for hardcore MTB'ers but I certainly found it a good ride. Only downside was the grassy section in the last few miles of the route. Very difficult to get any speed up due to state of track. Overall though, it's definitely worth a visit.

The final descent is well worth a look , just over 3k of gravity fueled fun , the rest of it was shockingly bad. What appeared to be slate chippings covered all the trails which were just plain dull .It only gets an 8 because of the final descent , the rest would struggle to get a zero

i rode this trail on my dh bike which was quite hard but as soon as the fast flowing rocks start,the trail gets really good

One of the best 15km loops ive ridden ever! full of flowing singletrack, and great technical riding. How trails should be, fast,flowing and able to put a smile on your face. the new north shore section is cool,also. If your in the area, its a must !
