Summary:
Best forest trail in East area

Review:
Some brilliant holes, may end up spattered all over Howe's run or shredded at the bottom of Bracken pit. Also some great fly-overs that cross the easier, family routes which can produce some massive air hops. The only trail in the east area worth riding, but parking can easily cost you six quid at the forest centre.

Summary:
Great fun - ride fast

Review:
This is a great fun ride, best done as fast as you dare. It will catch you out but this is part of the fun. One section gives you enough opportunity to get cocky before throwing you a curve ball and putting you on your backside. A good trail for new riders or average riders wanting to up their game. Whatever you do, do it quick!!

Not Really a Black Trail

Review:
The beast at the end of the trail is good, but everything else leading up to it is boring as hell.

Flat, but as fast as you want to go

Review:
I enjoyed it, bomber around on a hardtail. The black trail is good but I found the red better fun.
Too flat for all day play but good for a blast or taking newbs who do not feel happy climbing or descending...

Summary:
good trail, made too long

Review:
the black trail is very fun for any rider, and especially good to beginners as it is actually a challenge for them. although saying this it can get very difficult in parts for example the beast can catch you out if you have lost concentration at this point and the bomb hole can also catch some riders out (like one of my friends who ended up in a thorn bush :P) as there is some very sandy patches at the bottom so watch out. i have been on this track both when the soil is rock hard and boiling and when it has had heavy showers for a week and must say that is fun in any condition. however the major bits that make this trail very fun are joined up by very bumpy boring bits of track that dont do the rest of the trail credit.
