Summary:
Relatively flat with a few added technical sections

Review:
I enjoyed the ride, the trail snakes through the forest with no large, steep climbs, a well constructed trail with some good technical sections along the way. Would benefit from a few more technical options otherwise would certainly recommend for a few loops on a day out.

Amazing trail

Review:
This is a very good trail with lots of fun sections to it. Lots of berms, has a couple of small and challenging pits and has many other features. Definately recommend.

I go for the Beast....

Review:
This is an average trail. I would say the majority of the trail is quite boring, unless you are looking for XC. If you are looking for a fun trail ride with lots of jumps / obstacles, this is not for you. The route is easy to follow but there is a final (and best) bomb-hole at the end that is easy to miss (it is just before the beast). The Beast is the best bit of it, this is an approximately 3km stretch of jumps and fun things but disappointingly you join the blue fun for 2km at the end which means you end on a low.

Really good fun but a lot of effort

Review:
I haven't really done any MTB before, but have recently really wanted to get into it. Me and a couple of mates went to Thetford Forest yesterday and tackled the former black run (now graded red) called Lime Burner Trail. It was a lot of fun and a real hard workout. Some of the paths and quite straight forward but there are some really difficult sections through the trees. There are also some nice flowing downhill sections as well, particularly in the second half of the trail which I enjoyed a lot. The Beast, later on during the trail is a lot of fun with some big ups and downs and some drops over rocks and roots. I'm an amateur at MTB (it must be said) but I managed and really enjoyed it. Ultimately this can't be a big challenge to top riders, but its certainly a good challenge for beginners to intermediates. The only problem with it is the amount of small bumps, particularly throughout the inner forest sections - really hurts your ass if you're not used to this! :D
