Newbold Comyn offers a purpose-built network of off-road cycling trails designed for all ages and abilities, right in the heart of Leamington Spa. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced rider looking to sharpen your skills, you'll find something to enjoy.

Green Trail (beginners)

A gentle, flowing loop with smooth surfaces and wide turns—perfect for young riders, families, and those building confidence on two wheels.

Blue Trail (intermediate)

Slightly more technical with small berms, rollers, and gentle gradients. Ideal for riders ready to progress their skills while still keeping things fun and accessible.

Red trail (advanced)

A more challenging route featuring tighter turns, steeper climbs, and optional technical features for experienced mountain bikers looking to push their limits.

Skills Area (Practice)

A dedicated space to practice core techniques like corning, balance, and small drops before heading out onto the main trails.

Each trail is clearly waymarked and loops back to the cycle hub, making it easy to explore at your own pace. The trails have been carefully designed to be weather-resistant and are maintained to a high standard to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride all year round.
