Darren Fawr Mountain Bike Trails

Description

Darren Fawr Mountain Bike Trails situated in the Garw Valley in South Wales consists of two short mountain bike trails which can linked together to form a 6km loop.

Glengarw Trail. A 3km Blue graded trail with singletrack and a swooping final descent with fantastic berms.

Gellideg Trail. A 3.2km Black graded trail. Begins by riding the first section of 'Blue' trail to connect with this 'black' trail. A killer climb to test even the fittest, then you will be rewarded with one of the best and most varied descents around. Dropping through berms, steep bombholes and over technical rock features through a stunning natural quarry. Enough to keep you on the edge!.

Link both trails together to form a 6km loop and extended descent.

Free parking is available near the trails at the Parc Calon Lan Visitor Centre car park but there are no other facilities other than those at the visitors centre, so check this is open beforehand.
