Girvan Academy Pump Track is a compact asphalt facility located on school property at Girvan Academy, overlooking the Firth of Clyde.

Constructed by Velosolutions, this 110 m track packs in rollers, berms, and crossover lines to offer flow and challenge in a compact footprint.

NOTE: This facility is available to use by the public outside of school hours.

What is a pump track?

A pump track is a small but intense circuit of rolling bumps, table-top jumps, and bermed corners designed to be ridden continuously without pedaling by using weight shifts (pumping) and gravity. Pump tracks are great for developing skills and improving your technique whether you’re a beginner or an expert.
