Description

Comrie Croft mountain bike trails are located within a private estate in Scotland's Strathearn Valley, Perthshire. The network encompasses 21 kilometers of designated trails complemented by numerous natural paths throughout the valley.

The core area features trails of varying difficulty levels, black, red, and blue, along with a dedicated skills park. Visitors can access comprehensive amenities including a café, bicycle shop, equipment rental services, restroom facilities, and parking accommodations.

Red Trail (6km)

The 6km red trail contains technical sections that may exceed typical Scottish red graded trails. It blends natural terrain with challenging features including a bedrock slab, off-camber descents, rock garden, water splash, and enjoyable downhill segments. A technical black XC downhill section connects from the top. The trail comprises five distinct red sections:

  • Rock Lobster
  • Stan Salvador
  • Forest Stump
  • The Muddy Rut
  • Phil Mabracker

Blue Trail (4km)

Rick Allsop (Trail Builder) has constructed Blue Graded trails that extend 4km in length, incorporating numerous features designed to accommodate riders of all skill levels. The trail is divided into three distinct segments:

  • Dual of the Earn
  • Cookie Monster
  • Dark side of the blue

Black Trail

The black trail features challenging steep descents, rocky terrain, and tight turns. There are three black-rated sections:

  • Natural Gold
  • Hairy Coo Black
  • Sloppy Joes

Green Trail - All Abilities

The Slow Worm trail provides an all-abilities, multi-use pathway engineered for accessibility across diverse user groups, facilitating inclusive outdoor recreational activities.
