Sandy Hill Pump Track is a new asphalt riding facility being developed in North Farnham, Surrey. Commissioned by Waverley Borough Council and designed by On Track, the project has planning permission but is not yet confirmed open. Riders should stay off the site until an official opening announcement.
The design follows a progressive layout chosen through community consultation. Multiple routes of varying complexity are intended to give beginners an introduction to pump track riding while providing more challenging lines for experienced users.
The approved design includes rollers, banked turns, progressive hip jumps, a step-up and step-down quad, a jump box and a quarter pipe with fly-out. These features are designed to offer different riding options as users develop their confidence and technique.
The asphalt circuit is intended for bikes, skateboards and scooters. Riders generate momentum by shifting their weight and pumping through the track’s features.
The site is on the sports field at Sandy Hill Road. An exact opening date has not been confirmed; check updates from Waverley Borough Council and On Track before travelling.
